Marketing Minor
Clayton State University students are invited to enhance their educational experience with a minor in Marketing. The minor is met through successful completion of the following requirements (18 Hours):
REQUIRED COURSES (15 Hours)
ECON 2106: Principles of Microeconomics (3 hours) Application of microeconomics principles to economic problems; the theory of production, market structures, income distribution, government regulation and business, labor organization, and international trade. Pre-Requisites
MKTG 3101: Principles of Marketing (3 hours) An introduction to the activities involving the exchange of goods, services, and ideas for the satisfaction of human wants. The role that the marketing function plays in the determination of policies and strategies relating to product, price, channels of distribution, and promotion is extensively examined. Pre-Requisites

DECLARE/ADDITION OF A MINOR To Declare a Minor in Marketing complete the Change/Addition of a Minor Form and turn it into The School of Business' Office of Academic and Career Advisement. Students must also submit a Marketing Minor Supplement Form with their graduation application for the minor to be recorded on transcripts.
