Welcome to the School of Business website!
Our School specializes in student success. We strive to provide students with the education they need not only to find a job upon graduation but also to have a successful long term career. Our School’s formula for success is to offer students a broad base of business knowledge combined with the specific skills needed for their respective majors: Accounting; General Business, Management; and Marketing.
We are very fortunate to have a dedicated and talented faculty and staff who are accessible to students and committed their success—in school and after graduation. In addition, our School offers: small class size; courses taught by faculty (not teaching assistants); a flexible delivery of courses; a curriculum that has been designed to meet the needs of employers; and personalized advisement in academics and career planning.
No matter the major, our School’s curriculum is designed to provide our students with the following knowledge, skills and attitudes:
- written and oral communication skills,
- ethical and corporate social responsibility,
- thinking skills,
- interpersonal skills and appreciation of diversity,
- knowledge of the business environment, and
- use of technology in business
